Only minutes away from downtown, grocery stores, and shopping. We have 1 or 2 bedroom units available. All beautifully appointed, in our newly constructed building. The 1 bedroom apartments have from 610-950 square feet of living space. The two bedroom units have 1,425-2,250 square feet of habitable space. All of our apartments include;

• Hook-ups for Broadband Internet, and Telephone
• Washer/dryer Combo
• Air Conditioning
• They are fully furnished
• All have “state-of-art” appliances
• Designer lighting
• Security doors, and security bars on the windows

Our larger apartments also feature spacious walk-in closets and private patios. When we say fully-furnished, we mean everything is included! All you need to move in and live comfortably is your clothing. We supply iron, ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, dishes, glasses, silverware, knives, cutting board, towels, pot holders, pots and pans, bake ware sets, clock radio/alarm, bathroom linens, and sheets. Should you for any reason have a problem, we’re here on island with a full crew of plumbers, electricians, and carpenters to fix anything that may come up. One phone call and your problem is solved! Please be aware that we do not allow children or pets in these units. We have designed them for executive use, and want it to be a quiet place of rest and relaxation after a hard days work.
